If you have a problem with your AB AETERNO watch, our Customer Service team will give you all the support necessary to repair your timepiece as soon as possible.

What to do?

1. Contact Customer Service by writing to care@abaeternowatches.com

2. Explain your concern and include detailed pictures so that we can offer a more precise evaluation of the problem and estimate of the repair costs (if not covered by the warranty).

3. Our courier will pick up the order at the address indicated.

4. The customer is asked to complete payment before requesting any watch repair or refund.

5. In the event that the customer refuses the repair estimate, we will return the watch in the same condition we received it.

If a product is out of stock, you can contact us using “SOLD OUT PRODUCT” as contact reason in order to be informed when it will be available again.

No. AB AETERNO wooden watches are only splashproof. So, it is not recommended the use during shower/bath and all water immersion.

At AB AETERNO we stand behind all of our products, and offer a warranty in case of any defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the purchase date of the watch on the official AB AETERNO website www.abaeterno.com or from an authorised dealer. This means that if the watch’s materials or assembly were faulty in any way, we promise to repair or replace it.

AB AETERNO is not responsible for any eventual misuse of the watch. The normal wear of the watch, its batteries, glass, case, strap, discoloration, and/or the loss or theft of the item, are not covered by this guarantee. AB AETERNO will not accept requests for assistance or warranty service if your watch shows signs of misuse.

Proof of purchase is required for all assistance requests and warranty service, so it is recommended you keep the receipt. The warranty is void if you do not have a proof of purchase including the purchase date.

Put on size the AB AETERNO watchband is very simple using the spring bar tool that you find in the watch box. See the video tutorial here or you can go to a watch repair shop.

AB AETERNO uses FEDEX to deliver its products. Purchases are usually delivered in 48 working hours from the order date. Custom watches are delivered in 5 working days.

Yes. It is possible to return or change an article within 14 days from the purchase day. The shipment costs are at the expense of the final client. For more info, see the Return Policy here.

Once your order will be shipped you will received an email from our carrier Fedex with the Tracking Number. If you did not receive the Tracking Number, check your “Spam” folder or maybe you have typed an incorrect email address. Check your order status on http://www.fedex.com/it_english/ using your Tracking Number. If you need any help, please contact care@abaeternowatches.com

After all payment information is submitted, you will be transferred to a purchase confirmation page that shows your order number. You will receive via e-mail all the order details and confirmation.

The coupon code is a coupon that comes to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining it might be communicated through a special newsletter or during special events. If you have one you can enter it in the “Checkout page” at the “Discount Code” field: the discount will be automatically calculated and displayed.

Shopping at www.abaeternowatches.com is an easy and enjoyable experience. When you have found the product(s) of your liking, select “ADD TO CART” to add each article to your cart. This will automatically take the product(s) to your Shopping Cart. If you decide to continue the shopping, your cart will remain at the top right corner listing its contents and the total amount spent so far. If you wish to proceed with the purchase, click on “CHECKOUT”.
