Thanks to the partnership with DHL, AB AETERNO is pleased to now offer the “On Demand Delivery” service complimentary, which allows you to personally track the arrival of your shipment, personalising every detail as most convenient.

While the shipment is in transit, depending on the location, it will now be possible to:

– Reschedule the delivery for a more convenient date or time;

– Modify the delivery address;

– Request the delivery to be held while the recipient is away;

– Deliver the parcel to a neighbour expressly indicated in case of the recipient’s absence;

– Request the parcel be left in the lobby (or in an otherwise indicated position) without a signature required;

– Personally pick up the parcel at the closest DHL centre.

Now you can easily and conveniently manage your deliveries from your computer, smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is login using the link sent by e-mail containing your DHL On Demand Delivery shipment details.
